We spent our Christmas holidays in a hotel located in the heart of a beautiful UNESCO Heritage city in Mexico. the pedestrian cobbled stone streets, the quaint squares with plants, fountains, and benches and with WI, FI made this trip the best. the spacious room was well decorated with a comfortable king, size bed and a full big shower bathroom. One of the benefits of the hotel was the kitchenette in the room, which made our stay comfortable and hassle, free. the complementary local and long distance phone calls made it easy to connect with our loved ones.
One of the rooms was very cramped with too many beds, and the wall was adjacent to a nightclub making it noisy until 2 am. Another room we chose specifically for the terrace turned out to be small and had an uncomfortable bed.

The accommodation was located in the heart of an animated and attractive area with plenty of wonderful sightseeing options, nice restaurants, and cafes close by. the rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-appointed with comfortable beds and good showers. Staff was courteous, very friendly, and always happy to help. the hotel had a stunning rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the city's gorgeous historical buildings.
The dishes and glasses in the cupboards were not properly washed, which was a bit disappointing.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped room with a comfortable bed and nice linens. The location was perfect for exploring the city's historical buildings and charming squares, all within walking distance. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which made it easy to connect with family back home.
The noise from the nearby nightclubs kept us up late into the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room was a bit cramped, which made it challenging to move around freely.
